Should there be a need to request a FIS points freeze, please see the required steps below.

Please provide a doctor’s note that includes the following details:

1. Doctor’s Note
2. Date and place of injury
3. Type of injury
4. Approximate time of rehabilitation

Please let your athlete know they are not able to participate in Snowboarding activities

Before submitting, please ensure the following:

 The injury occurred less than three weeks ago

 The athlete’s FIS points are not already frozen – this can be checked on the current FIS Points List here: https://www.fis-ski.com/

Canada Snowboard will complete the necessary form and submit it to FIS on your behalf. We will inform you once we receive a response from FIS.
